Called Doors Unlimited about replacing the spring for my garage door. They were at my house 4 hours later, part in hand and ready to go! They even sprayed my other door with a lubricant as a courtesy.
While the price wasn't exactly unfair, it felt like a bit much considering the repair took 15 minutes.
Either way I'm happy to have my garage door back, and to know such quick service is available.
